Since 2004, CEA has changed its concept for mature candidates the option of three hours examinations methodology to Continuous Consistence
Assessment (CCA) on work experiences and hands on training. Therefore, there is no time limit and the busy working professionals can meet CEA’s
entry requirements the fact that CEA had joined hands with UK CCL who do not meet the entry requirements, can follow UK CCL’s “Skill Appreciation
Scheme or London Executive Schools Workshop and Seminar oriented awarding scheme.” The CEA’s membership is also considered under the
defined scheme of Affirmation for Prior Experience & Learning (APEL). Any applicant who does not meet the entry requirements can process his/her application via the Affiliate Grade Membership and attending oral examination to determine to suitability of the membership.
The CEA’s Education and Membership Committee (EMC) has the power to decline any application without giving reasons. Approved candidates will
receive at least one – week’s notice as to the time and place of UK CCL’s Emissary for direct contact for their examination route application. The
decisions of UK CCL’s examiners are final and candidates must not enter into correspondences with UK CCL or CEA on examination results. Under
no circumstances will details of marks awarded be divulged. Upon successfully completing the ‘Skill Appreciation Scheme’ candidates may apply to
the Director for a form of the appropriate faculty membership of CEA, provided they fulfil the other necessary requirements as to the eligibility for
membership .
