The Fellowship Grade is the most Senior Grade of Membership of CEA. It is awarded only on merit & by discretion of the Rector-General of the CEA.  Applicants must have at least fifteen years experience in an Executive Managerial Position in any field relevant to the Faculty they wish to join.

To qualify, other that the criteria mentioned above:

1. He / she must be at least 35 years of age.
2. He/ she must, all other respects be a fit and proper person to be admitted.
3. All applicants should be an active “Member” for not less than ten years at the time of application but this is not always essential. Special consideration is given to particular applicants who have sufficient academic and professional experiences.

A Fellow Member can use the designatory letters of the respective Faculty to which they are admitted eg FCBSA. The designatory letters that could be used will be advised at the time of confirmation of the appropriate faculty.
