This is the second highest grade of membership.
Applicants must display competence in their profession. They should have seven years in a senior managerial position.

Criteria :

1. He / she must be atleast 28 years of age.
2. He / she must prove to the satisfaction of the Executive Council that at the time of application he/she has the appropriate experience for a period of not less than ten years.
3. He/ she is in all other respects a fit and proper person to be so admitted.
4. All applicants should be active “Practitioners” for not less than Four Years at the time of application but this is not always essential. Special consideration is given to particular applicants who have sufficient academic and professional experience.

A Full Member can use the designatory letters of the respective Faculty of CEA eg FMCBSA. The designatory letters that could be used will be advised at the time of confirmation of the appropriate faculty.
