This is level below Full Membership and is equivalent to UK’s Higher National Diploma standard. Applicants must have at least three years of management experience or six years of competence in their profession as an employee, or as a self employed person with relevant competent skills.

Criteria :

1. He/she must be at least 25 years of age.
2. He/she must prove to the satisfaction of the Executive Council that at the time of application he/she has the appropriate experience for a period of not less than Nine Years.
3. He/she is in all other respects a fit and proper person to be so admitted.

An Practitioner can use the designatory letters of the respective Faculty of CEA eg PCBSA. The designatory letters that could be used will be advised at the rime of confirmation of the appropriate faculty. Special consideration is given to applicants who have sufficient academic and professional experience
