UK-CCL assessors may come to a conclusion to carry out on an individual ability test by way of an Oral Discussion with the candidate to ascertain and to clarify the suitability of the candidate for the membership. This can take up to maximum 60 minutes. The Viva Examination is to test the candidate of the overall knowledge of experience. This is carried out by the qualified intellectual nominated by the UK-CCL Assessors Panel. It has been agreed by the CEA's Executive Board of Governors that failure to gain the necessary standard, UK-CCL will not recommend any candidate and it agreed that no candidate will be entertained to question the decision of the UKCCL's assessors declaration.
