To up lift the image and to create interaction within international high profile intellectuals, the Executive Board of Governors has come about in forming the Council of Honorary International Scholars. This council will assist in many ways to its own members and give honorary services to the CEA and its members as a whole.

The CEA Executive Board of Governors wishes to emphasise that, members of the Honorary International Scholars are the Honorific Ceremonial Official and Representatives of the Corporation.

The professionals are selected from various walks of life in their own expertise and appointed by the Honorary Executive Governor General of the Corporation. The minimum term of office will be three years, but with both parties willingness, it can be extended for any number of years. The International Scholars are nominated and approved by the Board of Executive Governors. They are the mentors of the Corporation's and their responsibilities and duties will be spread the CEA’s aims and objectives and participate in all the official functions of the Corporation locally and internationally as the Emissary of the Corporation. The Executive Board of Governors wishes to notify any one concern that the list of names and title offered by the CEA, can be amended without any prior notice to Council Members as the nominations are carried out on individual basis and it is an Honorary Position Therefore no forum is required for any amendments to this particular Council.

They are the mentors of the Corporation’s and they do not hold any legal responsibilities of CEA, but they are the guardians of the CEA’s Executive Board of Governors.
