The Council of Learning Academy comes under direct supervision of the Executive Rector General of the Corporation. Thrice a year they will meet with the Executive Governor General of the Corporation at the Corporate Office in Great Britain. But the Council of Learning Academies will meet at least Four times in a year and will make their suggestions to the Executive Senate Legislatures.

The Council of Learning Academies will form a Regional Learning Academy Board for every country to monitor day to day operations of all Learning academies. The Regional Learning Academies will have the Operational Management Structure. They will be directly answerable to the Council of Learning Academy. The appointment of the International and Regional Learning Academies must have the final consent of the Executive Governor General of the Corporation.
