The Corporation of Executives & Administrators is the combination of UK and the European Union vision by elevating every individual who has hands on work experience with the unique concept of taking into account of their Knowledge, Life Learning and Experiences into a Internationally accepted Vocational and Professional Qualifications. The Executive Senate Legislature (ESL) has the authority in formalising the structure of awarding rights and concepts of the standards. The CEA's Executive Court of Governors wishes to maintain and confirm the European Union infra structure. The Executive Senate Legislature (ESL) is fully answerable to the CEA's Court of Governors with regards to the formulation of the rules and regulations of 'awarding concept and procedures.' Any change in the operation or adoption must have the final approval of the Court of Governors.

The Vice and Deputy Presidents of the Executive Senate Legislature are responsible for the entire supervision of the day to date operation of the Corporation. The Pro- President is responsible for the Learning Programmes. The Court of Governors has the final authority in determining whether to extend or terminate an individual's position within the Executive Senate Legislature.
