PROFESSIONAL LEARNING ACADEMY (PLA)
The Methodology laid out by the CEA’s Governing Board to gain the Professional Vocational Diploma Qualifications of CEA is facilitated by Professional Learning Academy. The Learning Academies comprises of numerous Learning Faculties and Course Module units. The Number of module units for each faculty will be different as per to the level of qualifications. After careful consideration of the level of qualifications, Executive Board of Governors has come to a conclusion that the CEA awards equivalency will have to be changed to the European General Learning Level of 2008. It is also made to understand that, every applicant who follows the Learning Methodology must submit Career Project Work (CPW) as final written documentation. This has to be adhered for the CEA Qualifications of Diplomas and Post Graduate Certificate and Diploma for the methods of Assessment.
Those who wish acquire the CEA's Diploma Qualifications must strictly follow the PLA Scheme which will assist the candidate to achieve the Credit Transfer for their further higher studies in academic pathway. After the careful study by the Professional Learning Panel of CEA, they have negotiated with many different Learning and Awarding Institutions an understanding to develop Credit Transfer Scheme (CTS) for the CEA Learning Diplomas for an accreditation to any International Universities for appropriate Credit Units which could be transferable for any awards. The acceptance of Credit Transfer is solely depends on individual awarding institutions and therefore every candidate responsibility to check the eligibility of this scheme prior to make any application.
